Are there any monthly fees? Or Extra things to pay for?
Nope! Everything you need is all included. And it's now yours to do what you like with it.
The only upsells are for support, 1 on 1 training, or if you need a quick start with setup.
How do I get help after purchase?
A whole bunch of ways! There is:
Extensive video and text training course included in the purchase.
Weekly Office Hours to ask questions, give feedback or learn more about the tools ( You don't need to be a customer to join!)
Paid Consulting or 1 on 1 Support to speed up/supercharge your documentation onboarding
Do I need Airtable? And what does it cost?
When you get the template you will be able to create a free subscription, with 1000 records. This should be more than enough to get several snapshots documented. Airtable Pricing Here
Do I need to integrate this with GHL or any other software?
No. The entire system works in airtable, which is very user friendly
I'm just starting out, do I need this much documentation?
No! If you are starting out with GHL, or are newer to documenting, I HIGHLY suggest you start with a simple spreadsheet, similar to the one I made HERE.
This tool, while user friendly, will take some time to learn, and will require someone who is diligent in it's use, and comfortable with learning Airtable. Transferring from the spreadsheet to Airtable is not difficult, so you are not locking yourself into one system.
Are there any refunds?
No. There is no way to give back the template. On this page is a direct link to a demo page where you can see the inner workings of the entire tool before buying.
Will there be updates to the system?
Yes! I use the tool for my own projects, and I have a community of snapshot experts giving feedback and trying to manage their snapshots better. It's pretty dialed in at this point so any updates will just be new features that I will document how to manually add yourself.
